Tuesday morning


This is what we had for breakfast this morning. Healthy and delicious :)

OVERNIGHT, NO-COOK OATMEAL
We used old fashioned rolled oats, (not instant, quick or steel cut) Greek yogurt, milk and sugar-free  four-fruit jam .
Mix everything together.  Store in the fridge overnight and it's ready in the morning.
