Gwyneth Paltrow´s healthier version of blueberry muffins

Got Gwyneth Paltrow´s recipes book "my father´s daughter" last year on my birthday and it took me so long time to try out one of the recipes, but it happened today when I had loads of wild Icelandic blueberries ( if you go to the country side in Iceland now, the ground is blue of blueberries :) and the muffins where super delicious!!!

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup light agave syrup
1 cup white spelt flour
1 cup whole spelt flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
2 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with papers.
Mix wet ingredients together, stir in the dry ingredients, and fold in the blueberries. Divide among the muffin cups and bake until a toothpick tests clean and the muffins are golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Let cool before eating (if you can...)
