Gazpacho soup

Made this famous Spanish soup for the first time the other day, was a little sceptic before because it´s served cold! But it was delicious :)
The recipe

2 garlic gloves, minced
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 cucumber, cut into little pieces
5 big tomatoes, cut into pieces
1/2 zucchini, cut into pieces
2 celery stalks, cut into pieces
salt and black pepper to taste
1 L tomato juice
1 1/2 tablespoon red vinegar
2 tablespoons raw sugar
6 drops Tabasco sauce

Put it in your blender and mix well, spice it up with Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. Cool the soup down for at least 1 hour. Serve it with toasted bread...
