Tomorrow, Icelandic children will put on their costumes for Ash Wednesday Carnival, go downtown and walk from door to door, shop to shop and sing for candy. The ladies above sure know how to put on a costume - for no special reason :) Love their courage and fun take on fashion. Give me the pink printed fringe dress, tabi shoes and patchwork coat and will sing like a bird :)
