Ég las einu sinni frekar fyndna grein eftir danskan bloggara sem starfaði lengi sem hágreiðslukona. Greinin fjallaði um skilnaðarhár. Skilnaðarhár er ákveðin klipping og háralitur sem konur biðja um á hárgreiðslustofunni þegar þær eru að ganga í gegnum skilnað (þær biðja reyndar ekki bókstaflega um skilnaðarhár). Hárið á að vera stutt og helst rautt eða dökkbrúnt. Mér fannst þetta svo merkilegt. Hefur þessi skilnaðarstuttklipping einhverja dýpri merkingu? Er hún tákn um frelsi, breytingu, sjálfstæði, áræðni og áhyggjuleysi eða er þetta "bara" klipping? Þrjár franskar ofur skvísur hafa nýverið látið síða hárið fjúka, Vanessa Paradis söng- og leikkona, Garance Doré tískubloggari og Clémence Poésy leikkona. Hvort um skilnaðarhár er að ræða hef ég ekki hugmynd um. Ég ákvað að vera ekki að sýna "fyrir" og "eftir" myndir til að geta dæmt hvort sé flottara, heldur frekar leyfa þessum flottu konum og nýju klippingunum þeirra að njóta sín án samanburðar.
I once read a rather amusing blog post by a Danish blogger who worked as a hair dresser for many years. It was about divorce hair. Divorce hair is a certain haircut and color that women ask for at the hair salon when they are going through a divorce (well, they don't ask for that literally). The cut should be short and the color preferably red or dark brown. I found this so interesting. Does this divorce haircut have some deeper meaning? Is it a symbol of freedom, change, independence, boldness and lightheartedness or is it "just" a cut? Three french girls, Vanessa Paradis, Garance Doré and Clemence Poésy have recently gotten rid of their long locks. Whether it is a case of divorce hair, I have no idea. I decided not to show "before" and "after" pictures to be able to judge which suits them better, but rather allow the haircut and these fierce ladies to be enjoyed without the comparison.
