Myndir af "pre-fall" haustlínu Isabel Marant voru frumsýndar fyrir stuttu og er línan hennar í þetta sinn ansi látlaus og dressin stíliseruð án alls skrauts og fylgihluta - Ekkert kögur og engir pinnar, meira að segja eru flestar myndirnar í svart hvítu. En meðan ég var að skoða myndirnar og ákveða hvort mér þætti línan flott eða æðisleg þá rak ég augun í leggings á einni myndinni. Leggingsbuxur eru nálægt því ljótasta flík sem ég veit um en jafnframt ótrúlega þægilegar og praktískar - og ég get svarið það að ef Isabel Marant er að fara að framleiða þetta þá er ég að fara að ganga í þessu aftur. Amen.
Images of Isabel Marant's pre-fall 2014 collection have arrived and her pieces are very clean this time. No tassels or studs and the styling of the outfits is also very minimal - most of the photos are in black and white to emphasize the clean lines. While I was looking at the pictures and deciding if the collection was good or amazing I noticed a pair of leggings in one of the photos. Leggings are probably the ugliest piece of garment I can think of but at the same time, they are really comfortable and practical. If Isabel Marant is making leggings - I swear to you I will start wearing them again. Amen.
